03/14/2005 ROGERS, H. DAVID "DAVE" - Unexpectedly at his residence, on Friday, March 11, 2005, Dave Rogers passed away. Husband of Rose (Landry) Rogers and a son to Frances Russell and the late Harold Rogers and also a step-son to the late Brian Russell. Dave was born in Saint John and was a pipefitter by trade, belonging to local #213. He was a member of R.C.L. Branch #2 and loved to play crib. Surviving in addition to wife Rose, are son Jeffrey Rogers, and Michael Day, step-sons Leonard (Debbie) Palmer, David (Kathy) Palmer, Tony Palmer, step-daughter Susan (Joseph) Trevors, sisters Linda (Brian) Robichaud, and Carol (Gordon) Duplessis, step-grandchildren Meaghan, Jessica, Melkala, Madison and Alana, uncle Robert (Lorraine) Rogers, aunt Mary Boyd, niece Tracy (Carsten) Robichaud, nephews David Robichaud and Ryan (Paula) Duplessis, and also several cousins. By Dave's request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at 1:00 pm in Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home Chapel, 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) with interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Fallsview Family Reception Center.
