Francis T. 'Frank' Soucy 1935 - 2006 At the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 11, 2006 after a long and courageous battle with illness. He was born in Saint John, son of the late Clovis and Mary (DesRoches) Soucy. Frank was a member of the Pipefitters Union Local 813. He was a private pilot and hunting guide in his earlier years and was a member of the Air Force Club. A loving father, grandfather and great grandfather he is survived by two sons Danny (Norma), Hampton, David (Loretta), Conception Bay, NL; four grandchildren Leanne Shaw, Nathan Soucy, Hampton, Venessa and Nathanial Soucy, NL; two great grandchildren and best friend and companion Doris McGee. He was predeceased by one brother Edward. There will be no visitation by request. The funeral will be held Thursday, 1:00 pm at Reid’s Funeral Home, 1063 Main Street, Hampton. Interment in Hampton Rural Cemetery. Memorials to Children's Wish Foundation, Kidney Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
