Dear Brothers & Sisters;
Over the years, we have been trying to improve the skills and knowledge of our forepersons in the field.Not only do they need the knowledge and skills to perform their trade, they also require the ability to plan and lay out work for their crew.The foreperson must also be trained in record keeping, carrying out safety meetings, and working with other trades onsite.We have facilitated training in the past but feel there is more we can do to better prepare our members for this important position.To help us achieve this goal, we need your help. We must find out what can be done to better prepare you for the role and help you to be a more effective foreperson.We are requesting that everyone who has been a foreman/forewoman to please take a short survey to help us figure out what steps we can take to put a proper plan in place going forward.Please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HGZ3DK5 to complete a short survey.
